We have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Investment Property Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conveying the immense potential of our investment properties.
  • ​Scheduling appointments with property investors.
  • ​Ensuring that investors are qualified.
  • ​Building trust with investors while providing outstanding service.
  • ​Securing deals in this supply-constrained market.

As a Property Investment Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through real estate investment. You will use your expertise in property investment and your sales skills to identify and present investment opportunities that are a good fit for each client's individual needs and circumstances.

Requirements

  • ​​At least two years of experience in sales.
  • ​Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • ​A good understanding of the national real estate market (not essential).
  • ​Ability to meet assigned sales targets.
  • ​Proficient in using Microsoft Office and real estate specific software.
  • ​The ability to work independently as well as stay motivated and organised.
  • ​Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills.
  • ​Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • ​A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • A valid real estate license (or the ability to obtain one).
  • ​A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.
  • ​Ability to remain professional in all situations.
  • ​Proven track record in sales required.
  • ​Database management skills.

Position Responsibilities

  • Developing a list of potential clients.​
  • ​Identifying and contacting potential clients through leads provided by us, from our database and networking events.
  • ​Meeting with individuals, couples, or families to discuss their investment property needs.
  • ​Gathering data from clients to assess their needs and preferences.
  • ​Displaying a deep knowledge of the national real-estate marketplace.
  • ​Providing guidance to clients during the offer-negotiation process.
  • ​Preparing contracts and other documents for successful property transactions.
  • ​Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction after a sale.
  • ​Regularly updating customer databases and managing all paperwork and documentation involved in real estate transactions.
  • ​Staying informed of national real estate news and developments.
